TweetGig Services/Events websites gives your band the potential to be found when your band are playing a gig. Social gig services allow a community of fans to ask for bands to play certain areas of the world. Using these will help chase and build an international fan base.
They will require manually adding tour dates, but if people search for gigs and music events in their local area then there are extra potential fans. As long as your web presence is set up correctly and you include the dates, location, who your playing with and any other vital info ‘for the search engines’ on a new page of your site, you can maximize the potential for new listeners and more importantly, paying fans. The services below does not include general music services even though some of them can publicize tours and gigs, i.e Myspace and Last.fm are some that show gigs and events near you, so remember to update these services too.
