The products or services offered to your customer: Their physical attributes, what they do, how they differ from your competitors and what benefits they provide.

We can at least know that trying to become sustainable while being in an independent band there are avenues you can go down to create a product.

Through the guide you will see that you still have many opportunities to get the word out yourself and any products you may have for your fans to purchase. There are many tools and services which will aid with each individual monetization idea. For example, inputting your next tour to a handful of gig aggregator’s would be a good idea. People always search for gigs in their local area.
Place
Where your business sells its products or services and how it gets those products or services to your customers.
There are services out there which will host a shop for you, hold the clothing and make sure your products get to those who want them most. You choose what you want to sell and for how much. include a design or your band’s name and you have your first merchandise store. Some of the bigger names are widely known so customers know they are in a safe environment with most of the companies whcih host stores for bands and other similar clients.
People
Your level of service and the expertise and skills of the people who work for you can be used to set you apart from your competitors.
The least you can do to help yourselve’s is by spreading the work load. For example‘ with my band, during the whole process of developing our online presence i constantly interacted with the other members. In your case, you can all help each other as at a guess your all on the same level of expertise at being ‘Web Masters’. If you share the routine on which you continue after this guide, it will help with new innovative ideas to keep in communication with your fans as there will be more minds who know the technical side to things. If you begin strong and as a team, try to see yourselv’es as entrepreuner’s and you will have many creative ideas for promoting yourself innexspensively online.
Price
How you price your product or service so that your price remains competitive but allows you to make a good profit.
Depending upon which ideas you monetize, it’s entirely up to you!
