TweetHead to your control panel as mentioned in the hosting part of this guide. Once here you should have a software section where you can click through a few prompts and have your WordPress blog set up instantly, with very little back-end work, using FTP and downloading the software manually.
Out of all the available software packages pre-installed choose ‘WordPress’ and begin the installation.
Here you will choose your domain your adding the blog too. If you would like it to be at the root of a domain, such as AutonomousIdustry.com then leave the directory form blank. Choose your user name and password. If it does not accept a long password, put a simple one in until you have access to the blog and change it there. Finish off with the website’s name and description and click ‘Install WordPress’
You will be asked to send details of the new installation to an e-mail address. I recommend you send this through to a personal e-mail and not one which is attached to your hosting somehow. Once this has been done, your ready to click your new blogs link and log in.
Welcome to your new blog.
