TweetWith the guide over, your routine is ready to put into fruition. There are a number of services you can take advantage of with certain strategies as well as the continual communication flow between yourself and your web presence’s visitors.
Some of the promotional ideas you could aim to do once a month could be a diggourband event(A mass of people digging a certain news post or piece of content to get to Diggs front pages), or to try to release a song. It could even be to try and add 100 new friends on Myspace. With the following strategy ideas try and keep it simple and implement one or two into your regular routine.
- The rest includes content creation with blog posts or forum topics/replies.
- Mail list, with feedburner this is also a part of your blog posts.
- Stats, log with screenshots once a week.
Your routine can be the only part you put in to practice after the guide has been finished, if you see fit. We would recommend however to brainstorm new ideas for promotion and marketing online.

Junk Mail
If you receive any junk mail at home, in your inbox or on any of the e-mail accounts you have, why not reply with a link to your band’s homepage? Google changes it’s search engine’s algorythm around 500 times a year so we will always really be guessing with how our web authorities increase, luckily some seep through and one of these is whether people go directly to your website without searching. So receiving a few more hits a month is no bad thing, there may even be a human at the end of your reply so you don’t have much to loose.
